ABOUT THE SNIS WIN COMMITTEE

Since its launch in 2021, the SNIS Women in Neurointervention (WIN) Committee has supported the professional and personal needs of female neurointerventionalists at various stages in their career – from residency to retirement.

We’re working to improve the representation of women in neurointervention, understanding that diversity in our profession ultimately benefits patient care. We’re educating, inspiring and encouraging women neurointerventionalists to achieve professional and personal goals and supporting SNIS by addressing the issues inherent to training and maintaining a workforce that is representative of the patients we serve.
