Neurointerventional practice incorporates the performance and comprehensive management of all minimally invasive image-guided procedures of the head, neck, and spine, which may encompass the consultation, admission, critical care, coordination of care, supportive care, and management of diseases related to those procedures.
The Society of NeuroInterventional Surgery is dedicated to excellence in comprehensive, minimally invasive care of patients with stroke, brain aneurysms, and other diseases in the head, neck, and spine. SNIS believes that no single specialty or hospital department owns privileges or access to consultation. SNIS advocates and supports uniform, fair, timely, and unbiased privileging based on an individual’s education, training, and experience.
