Standards & Guidelines Committee

The Standards & Guidelines (S&G) Committee provides oversight and leadership in standards of reporting and practice for neurointerventional surgery (NIS).  We generate evidence-based reports on topics of relevance to NIS through Writing Committees convened for specific projects.  These reports are reviewed by the full S&G Committee and the SNIS Board of Directors prior to peer review and dissemination in JNIS.  The S&G Committee also interfaces with other professional societies at the request of the Executive Committee regarding alignment of multi-society practice guidelines.
